The other guy strikes me as goofy while ovenmits hands man seems more oafish.
His hair and nose, as well as speaking posture suggest a Mad Hatter voice. Clearly HE is the goofy party.

It was 1877 and I had just perfected my guinea pig farm (the creatures stolen from the Dutch Royal Family, not from Guinea; They eat them there.) Small meager ones, large hulking ones, skinny intelligent snide ones to police the farm… But there was one who stood apart from the rest. Sully, I fondly called him, laid very still as though fatigued most of the time, until he saw the strong, dumb guinea pigs near a suitable mate. He quickly charged in, brandishing his front teeth, and plunged them into the eyes of the competitor, taking all the womanly spoils to himself! Yes. Yes indeed. He made quite an example of those big blind bastards!
Haha Oafish eh? New Keith could identify with that.
I prefer to think that crazy hair knows he’s goofy looking, but comes from a land where it is good to be goofy, and is trying to pay oafish fella a compliment. Oafish, having grown up in oafish land where it’s just frowned upon to be goofy, is distraught over what he thinks is an insult.
