For years, PSAs and local commercials have been telling us to watch out for kids with sunglasses and mohawks. They could be war-drivers.
This has nothing to do with war drivers.
It’s just simply a matter of fact (as illustrated by many sci fi movies) that in the future, more people will have mohawks and fancy sunglasses.
